01What you are agreeing to

Using fapmatch.chat means accepting what is on this page. If you do not accept it, do not start a match — there is nothing here that requires an account, which also means there is no moment where you sign something. Starting a call is the moment.

This is a short document on purpose. A twenty-page agreement nobody reads protects nobody.

02You must be 18 or older

This is an adult service. You must be at least 18, and at least the age of legal majority where you are. Confirming that at the gate is not a formality — it is the representation the rest of this agreement rests on.

If you are somewhere that prohibits adult material, using this service is your decision and your risk. We do not undertake to know what is lawful where you are sitting.

03What ends a call, and what ends an account

What two consenting adults do on a private call is between them. The line this service enforces is the line around consent itself, plus a short list of things that are never acceptable regardless of what anybody agreed to:

• Anyone under 18 on camera, in any capacity, in any form. This ends the account and is reported.
• Anything the other person has not agreed to — pressure, coercion, or continuing after they said stop.
• Recording, screenshotting or redistributing another person without their agreement.
• Threats, harassment, hate directed at who somebody is, or attempts to extract money by intimidation.
• Impersonating somebody else, or presenting another person's image as your own.
• Automated access, scraping, or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Using the service to advertise, recruit, or drive people somewhere else.

Skip ends a call instantly and needs no reason. Report sends it to a human moderator, who reads it within 24 hours. A confirmed breach ends the account behind it. The longer form of what is expected lives on the community guidelines page.

04Accounts

You do not need an account to look around or to start matching. An account starts earning its keep when you want settings to persist, a balance to stay with you, or to find somebody again. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens under it — including keeping the sign-in to yourself.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks the rules above. Where the situation allows it we will say why; where saying why would compromise somebody's safety or an ongoing case, we will not.

05Paid balance

Matching and talking are free. Some features are paid, and every one of them shows its price before you agree to it. Nothing is charged because you scrolled past a checkbox, and no trial converts itself into a subscription while you are not looking.

• Paid balance buys access to features on this service. It is not currency, it has no value outside the service, and it is not transferable.
• Balance already spent is not refundable. Unspent balance can be raised with support and is handled case by case.
• If an account is closed for breaking the rules in section 03, any remaining balance is forfeit. That is the deterrent working, not a penalty on top of one.
• Prices can change. A change never applies retroactively to balance you already bought.

Billing questions go to [email protected] — that route is faster than a chargeback and does not lock the account while it is pending.

06Your camera, your rights

What you show on a call stays yours. We do not record it, do not claim any licence over it, and cannot repost it — there is nothing to repost. The single exception is a still frame captured when somebody files a report, which exists to let a moderator make a decision and is deleted when that case closes.

07What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that somebody interesting will be on the other end, that a call will connect on the first try, or that the service will be available without interruption. We do not vet the people you are matched with in advance, and we cannot guarantee that a stranger will behave.

To the extent the law where you are allows it, our liability for anything arising out of using this service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the thing you are complaining about happened. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement.

08Changes, ending, and contact

These terms can change. When they do, the effective date at the top moves; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. You can stop using the service at any time, and closing an account is a request away.
